Update of my life: art, school & stuff

 Hello guuuuys's I'm back!!!!
Still haven't uplouded the pictures from my holiday in england and neither have added the music to my little video, but I will hopefully soon. I just hate to wait so long for the pictures and also I don't know which music I should take.
Anyway I went and saw the new James Bond and thought I do a kinda James Bond girl make up, which basically only meant glitter. And yeah this is the result.
My camera did something weird here but I like it.

Yesterday I went to my art school and I had lots of fun to draw the people sitting around me. I like especially the variety of different views of the girl on the left side of my sketchbook and how the face of the boy turned out featured on the right. I'm getting better every day which makes me very happy.

This are some exploration studies of my own hand from last monday. Same as the faces I slowly get the hang of the human bodies structure.

And this is a drawing of Connor. I tried to kind of play with Jakub Kujawa's technique and use some soft pastels. It very much looks like Connor but it's not actually showing much of my skills but that's okay it was only an exploration study.

In the moment its snowing here and it's the FIRST SNOW OF THE YEAR!!!!! I really want to go for a walk but oh well have to prepare a math presentation...
Also because it's soon christmas I started buying present's and I hope I can do some christmas related post soon.  (psssst I already bought sparkly socks which I want to  show you)

See you soon and enjoy the time.

3 autumn outfit's

 Hey Guuuuuuy's
I was very excited to take autumn outfit's photo's since I love autumn.
So here we go. :)

I also hope I can uploud some of my pictures from my england trip but it takes ages to only uploud one picture. I had a lovely time and even so I'm back now I'm still most of the time positive. Also only 54 days to go until I'm back. Another random fact I found out about myself is I like counting. Counting days until christmas, england, new years ...

art, autumn make up & plans for the autumn break

This is how it looked like after art school

 Heyyyy guuuy's,

It's me again. OMG I know. To be fair I'm trying to do everything else to not do any politics revision XD.
I'm still working at the piece of Jakub Kujawa and slowly it's starts looking good. The only problem is there is something wrong with the fingers but I'm not sure if it's my mistake or that how it's painted or I'm counting wrong ;).

On the weekend I had a pretty relaxed time and that's why I did some nice makeup, kinda autumn related. I also meet my best friend since childhood because we haven't seen each other in ages because we're not at the same school anymore and school is killing me.

Tomorrow is my 18th birthday and I have a politics exam. I was really happy when I heard that I wouldn't have school today due to teachers being ill or away. Lucky right :O . I also havent revised yet proberly.

But obviously I haven't done anything else apart from this painting. I don't think I have to say that I have more fun taking pictures of my art then actually painting it ;).

I also tried to take bloody pictures of our mushroom family but the light was horrible. It looks really cute and it's more like an army now, but oh well I might can capture them another day.
I'm also very excited for the autumn holiday/break, because I'm going to fly to england and see the others, my hostmum and most of all Connor. I'm sooooooooooooo excited and it will beamazing :3.
See you soon guys

Art, Autumn and Moon eclipse

Brush: 16 da Vinci College 8740

Heeeeello,

Yes it's actually me again. I didn't take half a year to write something again, but to be fair uplouding these pictures took properly that long.

Basically I orderd at http://www.gerstaecker.de/ some art stuff and it literally took too long for me, but that's beside the point, because all that stuff made me sooooo happy and the brush set I got is angelic. I got the brush set: DA VINCI COLLEGE Pinseldose, Serie 5403 Öl- und Acrylmalpinsel 10er-Set. I also got a big A3 sketchbook, a A5 travel sketchbook, two smaller A5 sketchbooks and some 50 cm x 65 cm painting paper.
Well all in all I'm super happy and also this is a birthday present from my mum for my 18th soooo yeah :3.
Next topic my birthday is around and I find it really difficullt. On one hand I'm telling literally everyone how many days are left but on the other hand I dont want that anyone knows the date and they will be like "heyyy happy birthday". I feel unconfible when people do it. XD
I also took a couple of picture of the art doodles I did and a piece I'm working on currently and my mum discoverd some pretty mushrooms in our neigbours garden, which we all started calling our mushroom family. Anyway I took some pictures of them too. I mean it's autumn time.

Also before I forget to mention it. I was kinda upset by all the people that didn't know about the moon eclipse. I mean I got up at 4am to watch it and to take picture, which was pointless with my camera and no glasses. I don't know it was fascinating and all the starts were so bright. Also how often will we see something like that in our life ?!!!!!

Fell free to leave a coment and enjoy
Emma
Redecorated my room for my art stuff. This is now my art corner, featuring my new sketchbooks on the right side and a travel sketchbook on the left which is basically finished :).
In the moment I try to copy a portrait from Jakub Kujawa and this is how much I did so far.
Drawing some autumn flowers

Today its only 12 days until I will see Connor again :) :
Well I'm also kinda in love with fishnet tights.
And tumlr obsessed.
Our mushroom family.

'I'M A BAD BLOGGER' POST + UPDATES AND EVERYTHING ELSE!!!!!!!!!

HEEEEEEEEEEY GUUUUUUYYYYY'S I'M BACK (eventually)!!!!!

Okay basically I thought I would write a post about: me reflecting my exchange year, coming back & saying sorry that I didnt post anything in a while, while .... stuff like that.

So basically school started on thursday again and it was okay, not really amazing, but I got home and thought well I can do that. On the hand the next day I thought I'm going to die in school. Well these are properly normel struggels of a teenager.
This are just some cute pictures from after the first school day.

Just to inform anyone who is interested in it, my main 5 subjects are: history, english, politics, biology and german. I'm also doing maths, art, chemistry, something like religios studies, pe and some more but these actually dont count as much as my main subjects. Anyone who knows about the german school system knows what I'm on about.

Soooo now basically last school year I was away for an exchange year, with the most beautiful experiences. I didn't actually came around to post a lot of them, which I really regred and I will post some of them definitly soon. Is it a good excuse to say that my life was to great to find the time to post anything? Buuuuut I uplouded some video's of my year !!!

Anyway after hundrest times talking to teachers, friends, family and lots of planning, my parents decided it wouldnt be a great idea to stay in england, even so they understand my love to this country, but I have to do my Abi (german a levels).
For me that was kind of understandable but more then hard. I fell like if there is one thing I would want to tell someone who goes on an exchange year, if it get's nearly unpossible to go home you had an amazing time and you shouldn't regret anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So obviously its more then hard to get back into life and after nearly two month back and a visit from Connor, I still haven't settelt down and properly wouldn't. But thats okay (I always felt more home in England). It makes me concentrate on the school. To finish that s*** as fast and good as I can, to go back to england. I just thought about things that would make me more positive and happy again.
Here is a list of things that could help exchange student that miss there exchange country too much:
  1. have goals - plan your future, how do you achieve living in your host country? (I'm planing to finish school and do a foundation course in art at my old exchange school, to then apply for lots of schoolarships for uni's in england) extra tip: vist the website of the uni you want to vistit + find out what you have to do to get a schoolarship and to just stay excited.
  2. travel - which obviously means you get distracted and experience new stuff and that you can visit you friends in your host country.
  3. get a job - you need money to travel and see your friends but also it's a good thing to let time pass by faster and be distracted.
  4. skype/text- you have to figure out how much is good for you, but often I just fell like I dont know what my friends are up to and obviously I dont want to know every detail of their life but I get a bit upset knowing I would have known these detail just because I would have spend all my time with them. So getting an update of their life is always lovely.
  5. enjoy what you have know - that can be enjoying time with your family, being alone (which can be somehow weird after an exchange year) and for me most of all to enjoy the seasons. I missed out all summer by being sad and the time went by so fast if I just think about it. I dont want that that happens with October so I prepared another list of things I want to do this autumn/winter.
But first of all I want to show you some of my pictures from autumn last year and tell you that it is okay to be upset. It's even okay to fall in a really big, deep, dark hole for a while. The only really important thing is that you at least sometime come out and have a look around how beautiful the world can be. Stay strong and don't give up because it's just hard now. Your dreams seem to be big enough that they're not to easy to achieve but worth it!
